ANGER

It is very interesting topic for everyone. Anger, we always say that I get angry when some people say wrong things to me or when something is going out of my control . So I got angry at that moment. But what can we do with this anger, after being aggressive, then people would say good things to me or situation would come in my favor. If one of the thing is possible out of two then I can say that anger is very good. But in reality nothing would happen. If you have an very important meeting and you stuck in the traffic then what would you do at that moment , grumbling, shouting , cribbing . Is this beneficial for you or for your mental state for that moment? If you are going in a meeting or for some important work, No way ,we just wasting our time and energy in this stupid stuff which wouldn’t be worthy for us .It is just a time consuming task nothing more than else. Then what can we do at that time . We can do many things at that time , we can plan our strategy or if any presentation is there then we can plan how to start and finish it, if our exam is there then we can take some relax at that time or if nothing is there then we can call someone whom we can’t give time in our busy life. So we can do lots of things rather than doing the anger. See choice or response is in your hand , what do you want “ANGER ” or “HAPPINESS ”.Again the same thing Response and choice depend on you not on the others or situations. :)
